I am attemptting to start an cleaning and hauling business, I want to target foreclosed properties, estates as well as business and residential properties. I am having trouble finding out how to market to the areas I mentioned above. I own a security company in the past and my debt is higher than a giraffe but. I don’t want to make the same mistake twice, but I need to get something going. I am unemployed at this time. I will like any advice that you could give me.

Congratulation on starting your new business…most people give up instead of trying until it works. If I were you the first place I’d start is going directly to the local banks and ask for someone in the foreclosure or real estate owned department. They usually contract out to businesses like yours. It might take some work but that’s business. You can also place small classified ads in your local newspaper or free shoppers guides to clean out basements, remove appliances, etc.

As for your debt after you re-establish yourself you can put together a plan to pay it off using several of my strategies outlined in my program. You can get Free Access by leaving your name and email in the space provided in the top right corner.
